You agreed on front, back and detail photos for every SKU. Before sending the batch, check what actually arrived.

CatalogCheck compares your checklist with your JPG, PNG and static WebP photos, shows missing and duplicate slots, and lets you review assignments. Keep original image bytes, or prepare resized and compressed copies with consistent names. Your source files are never overwritten.

Four steps

1. Paste a SKU list and required views, or load a UTF-8 CSV/TSV checklist.
2. Add photos named SKU__view.jpg, .png or .webp, use a filename column, or assign files manually.
3. Review the SKU × view matrix. Fix assignments or exclude unwanted files.
4. Keep originals or prepare JPG/WebP copies: resize, quality compression, white-square fit or center crop. Preview the first encoded output, then download photos, CSV/JSON reports and an offline thumbnail index.

Unresolved issues require an explicit acknowledgement and stay visible in the handoff. Rejected and excluded files remain in reports; their images are not included.

Requirements and limits

Actual local-file tests ran on macOS with Chrome 147, the Firefox 150.0.2 test engine and WebKit 26.4 test engine. Windows/Linux and Edge identities/displays passed simulations on macOS; native Windows/Linux and branded Edge/Safari remain unverified. Mobile devices were not tested. Extract the ZIP and open the HTML; desktop Chrome is the recommended starting point. WebKit can read static WebP but cannot encode it; choose JPG or use Chrome/Firefox for WebP output.

Photos: 200 MB total, 40 MP per image, up to 12,000px per side. Checklist: UTF-8, 1 MB, up to 10,000 data rows / 32 columns, 5,000 required slots / 20 distinct views. Handoff ZIP contents: 256 MB.

Excel workbooks, HEIC, SVG, PDF, animated PNG/WebP and WebP containing EXIF are unsupported. Export a spreadsheet as UTF-8 CSV first. The checklist defines what should exist. Filename labels do not verify products, camera angles or marketplace approval. CatalogCheck does not remove backgrounds, retouch photos or detect visually similar images. Crop is centered, not a manual crop editor. One output setting per batch; no bundled marketplace presets, cloud tasks or direct store upload.
