Built for repeated price updates

• Import UTF-8 CSV and map SKU, name, wholesale price and optional MSRP, unit, case pack, MOQ, status and short description.
• Review SKU-based changes before applying. Patch updates keep absent products; full-catalog updates deactivate them. Existing photos and fixed buyer quotes stay attached. Unmapped columns preserve their existing values when updating a product.
• Choose local JPG, PNG or static WebP photos named after SKUs. Portrait, landscape, square and transparent photos work; transparency becomes white.
• Set a separate discount for each buyer. Use fixed quotes for exceptions; retained quotes are flagged for review when base prices change.
• Add your brand, logo, contact and terms. Choose photo catalog or compact price list, US Letter or A4, and an optional printable order worksheet.
• Download searchable PDF with embedded fonts and photos, one buyer at a time or all buyers in a ZIP. Save and reopen a private editable project.

Important practical boundaries

• USD only; no tax, shipping, currency conversion or online ordering. Case size and MOQ are printed instructions. Worksheets do not submit orders.
• Retail platform prices are not assumed to be wholesale. Prepare your own wholesale column. No platform synchronization, live inventory, customer portal, design canvas, AI or background removal.
• CSV up to 1 MB / 500 input rows, within your edition’s product limit. Photos up to 12 MP / 12000px per image and 50 MB per selection; normalized photo data up to 20 MB per project. Images are resized to a maximum 800px edge for digital PDF use. No HEIC, GIF, SVG, animations or WebP EXIF.
• PDF text supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic characters available in the embedded Lato font. Other characters are reported. PDFs are not accessibility tagged or color-managed press files.
• Manual saves: download your project before closing. Projects contain all buyer prices and photos, so keep them private. The batch ZIP also contains every buyer PDF; send each buyer only their own PDF.
• Per-buyer PDF limit 20 MB, batch ZIP 100 MB, project file 35 MB. Future major features and custom integrations are not included.

Tested offline on macOS with Chrome, Firefox and WebKit test engines; Windows/Linux display simulations ran on macOS. Native Windows/Linux, branded Safari/Edge and mobile devices remain unverified. Desktop Chrome is the recommended starting point. For support, report the version, browser and error in the product comments; do not post confidential projects or buyer prices.
